This is a very lovely piece. The bold reds in her uniform contrast well with the muted greens in the background. The shading is really good as well as the detailing and expression.

The hand may be a bit underdeveloped, but it desn't distract from the fluid beauty. The background is fun and lends an air of cheerful playfullness to the character.

The only other minor, and I do mean very minor, detail, is that the largest star behind her seems a little too "sketchy", not like the clean look of the smaller stars, but this doesn't effect the over-all quality of the picture.
